WELCOME TO OUR MOBILE TRAINING SCHOOLS

The Mobile training schools is part of the aims and objectives of Full Gospel Churches Of Uganda as it prepares leaders for the work of service in God’s Kingdom.

In order to reach out to all the ministers; the mission has opened bible training schools in some of the following areas where the training can even be done in their local languages to cater for both the literate and illiterate ministers. About 3000 pastors have graduated under this program.

BRIEF HISTORY

These Mobile Bible school teaching program started in 1984 to train and prepare God’s people for the work of God. It takes the service nearer to the students and the lessons are conducted in the local language of the Area. From its small beginnings, the school has expanded to over 20 centres across the country and over 800 people have graduated from the training programme with certificate level achievements since its inception.

We are currently running 25 Mobile centers across different regions in Uganda,  Our bible schools are held periodically. To help people understand the commitment and responsibility attached to the school, a small fee is charged per semester to help cover basic costs and each year has three semesters.

The certificate level course runs for 2 years and covers the following:

1. Bible study methods and interpretation
2. Teaching principles and methods
3. How to counsel from scripture
4. Survey of the Old Testament
5. Church Administration
6. Leadership
7. Evangelism
8. Homiletics
9. Hermeneutics
10. Development, etc, etc

However, some of the challenges we face are a lack of sufficient funds to run the centre and the students dropping out due to financial constraints. We, therefore, need your prayer
