Glad Tidings Bible College
WELCOME TO GLAD TIDINGS BIBLE COLLEGE
Glad Tidings Bible College is an interdenominational educational centre specifically established for the training of Born Again Christian Leaders to reach their own people for Christ through Day and evening classes.
It is an Evangelical College with a Pentecostal Emphasis necessary for equipping of the ministers of God.
Our students come from all denominations who believe in the need for Christ as a personal saviour. We believe that both a systematic approach to the study of God’s word and the personal experience of the fullness of the Holy Spirit is necessary for the equipping of the ministers of God.

The program will equip you with theoretical knowledge, how to apply practical counseling skills. How to be the most effective pastor or counselor?
In the Ugandan church, discipleship has not kept pace with evangelism. Church planting has outpaced pastoral training, and untrained leaders and their congregations are ill-equipped to speak to the issues challenging the Ugandan Christian. Despite the need for pastoral training, the churches lack the funds to send their pastors and church leaders to Bible School. Churches must deal with more pressing issues such as AIDS, the orphan crisis and poverty, so the issue of Bible training gets overlooked. The gospel has come to Uganda but there are only a handful of qualified leaders for churches filled to capacity. This has led to widespread corruption and false teaching in the church.
While God called young men and women of Uganda to the ministry, He has also called on some people to create a Biblical institution(GTBC) that would provide a strong foundation for these young people.
